$200,000 Matching Grant Announced at JFNA Summit on Health and Long-Term Care

Washington, D.C. – The 2014 Health and Long-Term Care Summit brought health care leaders from across the country together this week for two days of strategic thinking, planning and advocacy. Convened by The Jewish Federations of North America, the HLTC Summit brought together lay and professional leaders from a wide range of fields to discuss pressing health topics; among them Medicare & Medicaid reform and behavioral health information technology.

Jewish Federations Applaud Senate for Resolution Honoring Holocaust Survivors

In honor of Jewish American Heritage Month, the Senate passed with unanimous consent a resolution honoring the contributions of Holocaust survivors to the United States. The Jewish Federations of North America lauded the Senate for passing the resolution, noting with pride the work being done in coordination with the federal government to assist and provide for survivors living in need.
